Where exactly are you located?
We are located on Bromyard Business Park. This the new name of the former 'Joy Global' site in St Johns, Worcester. Access is off Bromyard Road, where you will first pass the manned security barrier for the business park before making your way over the railway bridge and on to our car - just follow the signs on site!

How much does it cost?
We have different storage options, each with their own price. We regularly offer promotions to make sure our pricing remains competitive. To get the price for your storage unit needs head to the See Prices page of our website - enter some basic details and your price will be revealed right away!
What is the minimum contract length?
Our minimum contact length is one month. You may cancel your contract at anytime with notice of one month being provided.
How do I access my unit?
On the morning of your move in day you'll receive a welcome email from us containing thorough instructions for accessing the site, your unit and your complimentary lock. All customers are provided with an individual PIN to open our site gate and a complimentary lock and personal key to secure their own unit.
When can I access my unit?
We offer the option of 24/7 access. Our standard opening times are 07:00 to 19:00, 7 days a week.
Is there anything I cannot store in my unit?
Storage containers are a great place to store most things but there are some restrictions. You can find a full list of prohibited items at clause 16 of our Terms and Conditions
